Material Question
I know I'm asking for alot of help here, but one more thing, how do you customize shinyness and translucency and stuff using the material editor, i can change the colour and thats about it.
EDIT: And I dont understand the readme, it is all jargon and complicated.

RE: Noise
Thankyou, I realised today that when it is dark, your eyes actually do see noise, so its kinda amazingly realistic

Please help me please, Model Downloads
Right, i spent a long time downloading all the model libraries off the Kerkythea site. But only one works, the Fritz Hanseen chairs and the grass. I did what the guy said on the description but it just doesnt work.

Noise
One problem with Kerkythea, I've found, is that when you have many extremely reflective surfaces, you get alot of noise on some of the textures. Anyone else have this problem? I have some examples here:

Do you see all the dotty noise on the bottom of the gun and the floor, is this on purpose?

RE: Hey, new to kerkythea
Hey, thanks, the sonic screwdriver model I made, the second was from the 3DWarehouse. What do you mean by more deatail models, the sonic screwdriver was as detailed as I could make it, that is an exact model.

Hey, new to kerkythea
Hey all, I use SU alot, and found this free renderer, and am new to it. I was just wondering what I could do to improve my renders. Here are some renders I have done.

RE: Why error occurs when I start SketchyPhysics?
This is an annoying problem that I have, I'm not really quite sure either why it happens, but my guess is that it has too many object or too much detail in the objects for SP to handle. This isn't Havok, so it can't move loads of complicated objects, it just simply isn't powerful enough. But as I say, I'm not completely sure, I would ask Chris, (the creator) he will know.

RE: SP Gives a Bug Splat
I find a bug splat message when I have alot of groups usually alot of small groups. Try to make it so you have the least groups that you can possibly have.

RE: SketchyPhysics Alpha
Hey, just an idea for the next SketchyPhysics, (love the boyancy by the way), could you make it so you make a line and the object attatches itself to that line. You can click and drag it to move along that line. I mean like a slider, except you can make the line bent and curved. Or the same but more like a piston where you can choose how far along the line your object is. Good luck with the next SP, and I hope you take my idea into consideration.
Also, my dad is from ImaginationTechnologies, and is working on a 3D chip at the moment, and he loves your work.Thx

RE: Gyro?
Kl thanks, I still dont get what difference it makes when you put it on the red or green axis, I cant find anything different. But I see now when you put it on the blue it doesnt fall over though. Thats cool.

RE: Bird?
I dont know why you put the question mark there, it is an amazing model, I wish I was as good as you guys. Well, Im young, I have homework and a nagging mother, so I dont have the time! You guys really inspire me.

RE: Virtual intersection with associated dimensions
I didnt understand a single word of that. I never use those kinda' inferences. I stick to the classic 'Shift' while drawing the line.

RE: Quick select edges using the eraser tool!
Hey, great trick!
Nobody made a big welcome like this when I started.
