I did format one of my hard drives the other day, and it's happened ever since. Didn't think I'd pointed any Sketchup paths to that drive though

Tried a 'run as administrator' and 'repair'.
Rebooted and am still getting the error message.

Cascade Windows did not work unfortunately. Any other ideas or should I try a 'fresh install'?

I have a 3 monitor setup and I do get the 'bing' you describe when clicking on the screen.
If the dialog is 'offscreen', is there a way to get it relocated 'onscreen'?

My install procedure is 'run as administrator' followed by a reboot.

Model Info and Preferences Windows not displaying says it all.
When I go to Window/Model Info the dialog does not open
Same with window/Preferences dialog

When Starting Sketchup 2021 I get a Message saying '\one or more of your File Location Paths are invalid. Please correct this by going to Sketchup's Preferences > Files and specify a valid path for any items shown in red.'

Anybody else seen this?
If yes, how did you fix?

This is one of my 'go to' plugins and it's brilliant.
I have one question regarding the positioning of the text and associated leader. I would like the ability to get the the text to hover a definable distance above the point being labelled (ie with an extended leader). Approx 200mm would do the job. At the moment, depending on the model plan area being labelled even zoomed in a number of the text elements bury themselves partially below the surface being annotated.

Using SU2014Pro when I export a CSV format file from a Metric sketchup model, the resulting output is in Imperial.
Not sure if this is a BUG or rather some setting I might have missed.

Unfortunately Doormaker.rb which I use most days malfunctions when used in SU2014Pro.
On initial startup if you don't change any of the option selections Door Maker inserts a simple door correctly.
It will also accept different sizes for frame/leaf etc.
Select any of the rebate options; panel types; kicker; nameplate options and it only creates an outline of the door.

Shame cos it's one of my must have plugins....

Anybody have the time and inclination to look at this with Ruby 2?

In large complex models it would be useful in particular to be able to Globally turn off shadows in one; more; or ALL scenes (but without affecting individual scene shadow settings)without having to select each scene, and then wait for the scene to be fully rendered with shadows before you can turn the shadows off. This seems to be my biggest performance issue with sketchup, especially when tweaking many scenes ready for final animation export.

Am I being stupid, is there already a method/plugin for doing this?

Is there a way to get sketchup to cast shadows from part of the model which is hidden behind a section plane. I have a series of courtyards inside a building which I have created section cuts through. If I turn the shadows feature on, so I can see an approximation of how light/in shadow the courtyards may be, sketchup renders the scene as if the part of the model behind the section cut were not there.
