Is there an easy way to measure the pitch of an inclined plane in SU6 (eg. roof face)?

Hi John,
amazing...
I used your style in your file and... it didn't work as expected (because of the materials that have different names in french).
Is the error reproductible ? Is this happening in every model ?Hi seasdes,
Wall style are kept within the SKP file as model attributes (so you cannot "see" them anywhere)
Walls heights: Is the error reproductible ? Is this happening in every model ?Hi Didier
It is reproducable in all files and new ones and after rebboting the PC. Maybe there is a clash with another Plugin. I also use your plugin 'Justified Wall Segment Group'(JWSG) and find it extremely useful for every project. I have tried removing JWSG plugin but there is no change in behaviourWalter

RE: Multi-layers wall tool is back !
Thanks for the update Didier. However, the wall heights worked for a few times and now they all have zero height. What might I be doing wrong. Where are the wall types kept (maybe I need to delete preferences???).

NVIDEA CARD N SU SPEED
Hello
I have a laptop (about 2 years old, 2GHZ 2Mb RAM) and a desktop (about 4 years old also 2GHZ 2Mb RAM). Both have NVIDEA cards. I am finding that the desktop is very slow when rotating and zooming the view of the models. Before I go out and purchase a new desktop pc I have a question. Is the speed problems that I am having likely to be caused by the graphics card or the PC

RE: Z POSITION
Thank you Gaieus for your prompt assistance. That solved my problem. I have been having problems with Sketchup lately and I just noticed that all of my extensions were turned off (not by me). I am just wondering whether my settings have been corrupted and whether I can do anything about it.

Z POSITION
Can someone please tell me how to determine the Z position of any part of my sketchup model?

V1.3 now offsets a gable roof to the side of the polygon used to define the roof.
Sorry
SeasdesA new one - I haven't managed to reproduce that (yet). As you can see from others comments they aren't getting the problem. Does it always do it, or at certain rotations of the rectangle about the origin? What are the setting you use in the dialog and system are you on ?
Edit: Found out the cause - looking for a fix. IF you have amanually drawn rectangle - 4 sides, drawn clockwise and the face reversed (down) you get your problem; with the same face if you reverse (up) it before running gable-roof tool the two gable-ends swap over but otherwise the roof is in the right place. Must be trappable and fixable - thinking on it...
Looking into it now. It shall be fixed...Hello TIG
The problem that I reported happens all of the time - regardless of how the rectangle is drawn. The problem did not occur in V1

Thanks TIG. A truly remarkable script. You have put a lot of thought into this script as always. It also works fine in SU6 and XP Pro.

RE: Sketchy Materials
Here are some sketchy materials that are suitable for close up work only because of the moire effects that can occur.
