      Hi Fredo!
I thought about some enhacement of the single face JPP. It should respect the adjacent faces (AB and CD keep their directions while BC is moving forward (example 2)). It works in revit and I think it would be great especially in architectiral practice.
P.S. Basicly instead of single BC face there could be any number of faces- it's all about vicinity treatment.
      Thanks in advance

I just thought the visual arts are self-explanatory
Well Nomeradona's thesis about "...becoming the most powerful..." just reminded me this ironic\hypothetic(?) scenario of chineese-us (or the WEST if you like) relations.

yes, I forgot to say, but the main issue is that you are probably a spanish speaker, and I doubt you can speak chinese to talk with the script writers πŸ˜„

Since by next year China will have more English speaking people than any other country, perhaps he could try English ? If we knew where it came from perhaps 'we' could try to 'speak' with them ......

or i should say more and more people will learn chinese, since its becoming the most powerful nation in the world. its not just in olympics but now with its economy...mmmmm...

Sounds like this would be a separate new tool. Maybe some of this code can be used for that...

      @rv1974 said:

      2/ no 0 filleting

Why do you want that? wouldn't that leave everything unchanged?

      @rv1974 said:

5/ it works with preselected lines only

      How else would it work?

1/ 0 radius filleting is some kind of trim\extend - very powerfull
2/ there should't be nothing wrong to select the tool before geometry

      Did you ever used fillet.rbs?
1/ It fillets connected edges only
      2/ no 0 filleting
      3/ it doesn't work with crosses ( "L" only)
4/ after complaining that something is wrong this tool keep staying.
5/ it works with preselected lines only
You know at the end of this reply I come to conclusion that you have write a good acad like fillet tool πŸ˜†

      Hi Thom
When I point the 3rd point with (let's say) cntrl key pressed the script should't change original scale. Could you add this feature? It would be nice imo.
      Thanks

Here's the cry of my soul:
Ruby people please stop adding your stuff to right click menu!
The 2nd: Why not concentrate all rubies in plug-is menu? (jumping thru draw-tools-
      plug-ins is extremely annoyng!

Dale I noticed I always have to reverse section cut before "slice model at section".
May be alternatively you could "inverse" this tool?

Sorry for dumb question but what exactly "target tool" does?
In my case the viewer position jumps under the ground (at the same time I get a lot of "Error: #<ArgumentError: Cannot convert argument to Sketchup::Point3d>" in the ruby panel). May be something is wrong?

      The stretch command isn't uniform.

And you can use the "moving Plan" for make it Uniform by part πŸ˜‰

Still won't be a uniform stretch.

OK "Uniform" is wrong definition. But what hamper to allwindows in bulding #3 to become the same "win1_3" (if say original window in unstreched building#1 is "win1"?

This is normal, as each individual component instance may be deformed differently from the other instances, they have to be made unique.

It's understandable for twist\bend\melt etc. But why for uniform stretch command?

Meanwhile I have a lot of unbreakable freezing on stretchig and other tools.
It happens with not over complicated geometry (only one "brick" with a row of simple glued windows onboard).

Could you post one model where you get these freezes.
Does it happen, if prior to the transformation you make the all components unique, via the icon command with a pink '1'?
      quote]

Problematic command is called "stretching with orientation of scaling box".Try to stretch a couple of times. Freezing happens with twist tool also.

2/ When I manage to skip su freezing every component inside becomes unique. Could they be treated under the same
