Where is my authorization info
I currently use Sketchup 2018 although I am up to date with the maintenance program. I just downloaded 2020-2 and installed but I do not have an email giving me the serial number and authorization. Where do I get that info? Thanks in advance.

Computer sale?
First of all I am sorry if this post is in the wrong forum and please move it to the correct one. A while back someone posted where a computer company was giving a special price to this forum for two separate workstations, both powerful but one more so. I can not find that post and I want to contact that supplier. If anyone can guide me to the post I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

RE: Windows 10
For Windows 10, I am most concerned about drivers, specifically printers. Are you using printer drivers for windows 7?

RE: Trimble Scan Explorer Plugin
I have installed this extension and downloaded a sample file. The software seems to work as stated but I have one problem. I have many point clouds but they are either .pts or .rcs extensions. Does anyone know if there is a converter that changes these two types to .rwp (realworks) file type?
Thanks in advance.

Windows 7 64 bit drivers
I hope I am following the proper protocols by creating a new topic. I was not sure if I should post this in hardware recommendations or create a new topic. We are in the process of purchasing new pc's with windows 7 64 bit. My problem is I can not find windows 7 64 bit drivers for the following:
HP Designjet 1050c
Xerox 6204 copier/scanner/printer
Savin 4035 copier/scanner/printerWill the xp 64bit or vista 64bit drivers work? If anyone has any experience using the printer/plotters above I would very much appreciate your help

RE: Hardware recommendations
First of all if I am posting in the wrong area I am truly sorry. I really appreciate all of the knowledge in this forum. Since I do not understand all of the information and terms I hope someone will answer if the following system will be good for sketchup and rendering (Kerkythea).
Dell Precision Workstation T5400, Windows Xp Pro 64bit, Quad Core INtel Xeon Processor E5540 (2.83GHz,2X6M l2,1333), 4GB DDR2 SDRAM FBD memory,667MHz, 512mb PCIe x16 NVidia Quadro FX 1700.
Any info would be greatly appreciated and again if this is in the wrong place please let me know where it should be. Thanks, Ron
