There are some really good tutorials on how to make a model of a car, so I´d suggest you check them first, like this one, for instance http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1gG1inut8o - very basic - or some more advanced tuts from our fellow member http://ely862me.webs.com/videos.htm
People here are really willing to help, but I am afraid you won´t gain much experience in modeling if someone else do the job for you. Not to mention building a decent model can be quite time consuming.
If you just need a car model, you might try searching the 3D Warehouse.

Well, you should check your model first - all the faces on the outside of the model should be white.
There shouldn´t be any "blueish" faces.
Therefore, you should reverse faces from the context menu.
