I use Vray for sketchup and am very pleased with the results I get. BUT! When I see renderings made ​​with Vray for Sketchup and compares them with renderings done in Vray for 3ds Max, then I can see a significant difference in the quality of raw rendering. Vray for 3ds Max is just in a higher quality. I've tried to copy the settings that people use in Vray for 3d Max, but I still can not get renderings up to the same level. Vray for 3d Max is much more photo realistic, with much more depth and details. But the funny thing is that when I compare Vray for Sketchup and Vray to Rihno, which is exactly the same plugin I also think that Vray for Sketchup is a bit behind in terms of quality? Does Vray for sketchup just have a more simple render engine or what?

I am relatively new in V-ray for sketchup. I would like to know how I can create the effect of an overcast day or a cloudy day, where I do not get the direct light from the sun, but more of a diffused light. Are there any ways to create this effect?
