The composition looks much better with those details you added, also the point of view looks better, but now the renders don't look as realistic as the previous. I like the ceiling a lot πŸ˜„

      looks promising!

      @unknownuser said:

I don't like just the syringe so close to the camera (too much distorted and seems out of scale)...the rest promises very good!

Oh well, the distortion is on purpose, as well as the rotation of the camera. I am terrified by needles, so I tried to emphasize it, but you are right, maybe it was too much...
I moved the camera a bit and changed the angle another bit, hope it looks better now πŸ˜„

Ah, the render was already running when I noticed this square flame... 😳 , gotta fix it later for the next test.
I'm still struggling with the mats, I don't like those liquids, I have to do something with them...

I know the image is still too noisy, but I was not gifted with patience 😒 anyway, as I have to change so many things I think I'll stop the render.
I'm hating the emitter in the middle of my scene, but I can't make it look dimmer without loosing the light it emits. Maybe I'll postpro this... or hide it a bit into those strange googles.

I've always loved that house ^^
And I like your renders too, specially the 5th one. Outdoors are modelled aswell? A more irregular terrain would look nice too.

    • RE: Render this: Mad science

      Oh please, please.
Any hints on how to render that lightning sphere / tesla ball / plasma ball (or whatever it is called) ?
      πŸ˜„
      Are those here modeled?

And about the brain, Solo (great render!), in your outlined image in SU it does look as a brain, have you tweaked it to improve the realism? I'm having troubles placing a convincing texture to it...

    • RE: Render this: Mad science

My first modest approach... (is a quick render with low presets in kerkythea)
I have to do something with that brain. I don't know how to texture it.
      Some hints, please??? 😒
I'm still working o textures and lights, but maybe I'll keep the point of view. I guess I'll skip the plasma ball, lol. Looks hard to texture/model or whatever I have to do to render those lights.

      I absolutely love it. 😍
And the best part of it, is definitely the composition and reframing (not sure if it is the correct word...)

Fletch, your leaves are not overlaping! how did you achieve that?
The ivy is looking great, just maybe too regular.

Thanks tak2hata for this great plugin πŸ˜„

    • RE: [Plugin][$] FredoScale - v3.6a - 01 Apr 24

I have a problem with the plugin. It suddendly stoped working.
A couple of hours ago I used it normaly. Now I can't bend or twist... πŸ˜•
I haven't installed nothing new, just worked with huge files that sometimes crash.

Here I put some screenshots of what is happening now when I try to use radial bend

      1.jpg

I downoladed and reinstaled the plugin and Libredo (just in case) in the correct path, just where it was this morning. I checked the list file by file (everything was there), anyway I deleted and place the new ones instead. No luck. Restarted pc (sometimes it works) no luck again.

Nice image. I really like it
Instead of a flash you could fake the lights of a car arriving home.
That is the feeling I get when I see the image.
I almost expect to see the front of a car apearing from the right

      Nice start πŸ˜„
If the center of the render is the dagger itself and you don't want to place it in an environment, then your model should be much more detailed.
