I've been able to download some fairly useful models from 3d warehouse.

Now Trimble have shut done all access unless you're a paying subscriber.

I'm calling bollocks on this and I think this is something that everyone who has a lifetime license need to lobby on.

I'm not joking on this front.

People who have legit permanent licenses need to join with me to fight against this.

My premiss for suit is this is a bait and switch.

Update.

Uninstalled it and reinstalled and the tool bar popped up and it's working again. It doesn't show up under tools/fredo6 collection though.

I downloaded my license again and then installed fredo corner again. I restarted sketchup and it said it couldn't load FC because it needed the library. I downloaded and installed the library and restarted.

When sketchup starts, it says it cant load FC and when I click the details button, I get a bugsplat. I reinstalled it and no longer get the message but FC doesn't appear in the drop down menu.

I went to use Fredo Corner today and it said my license was invalid. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it after checking that I purchased it March 05 2021.

It shows as installed in SUC extensions manager 4.2.2 and the trimble manager.

If I try to load the toolbar for it, it's not there and under tools/fredo tools it doesn't show up either.

Maybe I'm just having a bad day

What is animator? Does it run within sketchup?

Another piece of quality coding by Fredo. I'm looking forward to trying it especially if I can put a group of icons on might right hand screen.

TBH I'm surprised as sketchup developed, no one thought about control toolbars like the tray idea. If I could organise plugins by maker in a tray I'd be a happy camper.

I love FredoTools, especially Thru Paint. I have come across an issue that may be know or not. I didn't feel like going through 14 pages to see.

I noticed that when using TP, if you shift to pan the tool changes to the picker tool not the paint tool. If I shift pan again it goes back to the paint tool. Is this something that can be fixed?

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and it's fine now. Just weird I guess.

I'm not sure is going on with sketchup (and layout) on my machine. When I start sketchup it takes about 5 minutes for everything to display and be able to use it.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still doing it. The only thing I did before all this started was a deleted folders of previous versions along with other miscellaneous folders to free up space. I didn't touch anything that had to do with 2020.

Does this plugin work with 2020? I've installed it several times and I can't find it anywhere.

I use this all the time but I can't find it here or anywhere else. Does anyone know of a version for 2020?

ps why did trimble decide to rename layers to tags??

I do images for an architect I work with. He likes me to do just line work on a yellow trace type background.

For brickwork and siding I just draw lines in a separate group over the walls and call it a day. This time I have a problem. I have a curved wall that I'm trying to paste an exploded autocad hatch pattern on to. All the other walls are fine I just cut and paste the group and delete the extraneous parts. On the curve, I can't figure out what to to. Drape usually works to project line work onto a mesh but it's not working in this case.

Worst case scenario is I guess I have to try to draw on the curved surface and hope for the best. I just thought someone might have tried this before?
