As nice as photoreal renders are, I almost always prefer clay rendering previews we send to our clients. This recent image was one of a long series that never went past clay because this architect prefers just to see the massing so her clients don't get distracted.

Ah, gotcha. The time required for the AI portion is negligible.

This was a real job.
And we modeled terrain and placed veg to approximate the real world conditions. The AI just helped give it that extra realism that would take a very long time to get in 3D native.
