Has anyone figured out how to import the 3D "photorealistic" data from Google Earth into a local Sketchup Model (like geo-locating with the 3d trees and buildings... not just the terrain)?

I have experienced the same issue using 2016 on Windows 10. It's so prevalent I cannot depend on the date/time of last modification to determine if this is the most recent version.

With the toolbar dialog open you can edit the native toolbars, so the most likely explanation is that you went to move the edit toolbar and simply dragged the move tool off.
When making a custom toolbar you need to hit ctrl as you drag a tool to another toolbar, this leaves the original in place and makes a copy for the custom toolbar. And as you see there is always reset if you pull one off by mistake.

Too bad the video is no longer available...
I get a "This is a private video" message... 😐
