Folks, I’m not knowledgeable about this so bear with me!

I got a very nice gaming desktop with a nice Nvidia card, to run my SUp. Soon after I got it I started getting system freezes. A computer tech said I had to reinstall the OS, so we did. He also said the installed integrated video card was way better than the Nvidia so he removed it.

No more freezes! I used the computer for a couple weeks, and SUp was running better then ever! So I decided I wanted the Nvidia card reinstalled, and the freezes started again …
Is the card bad, or is it causing a conflict somewhere? How can I troubleshoot this problem??

How do I install that video card myself? Turn the computer off and shove the card in it's slot? Is there anything else to connect?

Yeah the tech is coming back to reinstall it early next week, really wonering how much better SUp will be!

I have to say, using just the intel gpu, I've never had SUp run so fast and with zero problems.

what / how will the nvidia make SUp better? Remember my models are pretty small compared to some.

I still have the card! How hard is it to stick it back in? I remember where it was.

do I leave the other one in?

I got a high powered (to me) new puter because it was geared for SUp, with a big shiny nvidia video card https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09K29HNRR?th=1

but I just had to reinstall windows, and the tech helping me reinstall, took out the nvidia card and said I don't need it!

and that the puter already had a v card, which is better for SUp then the nvidia? I thought nvidia was the best possible?

I'm using SUp now and it seems fine.

yeah he taught me so much back then, on the original forum. A lot of other folks did too!

When I first started with SUp (1999?) Alan Fraser in England started Form Fonts.

now it's owned by someone else, and is located in San Diego, my town!

How can I get the SN to stay where I put it? When I open a file it's always over on the left there. Can I dock it somehow?

OK folks I have a graphics question. I'm trying to post this image to my IGram and FBook pages, but IG gives me this message.

"Adjust aspect ratio
One or more of the selected photos are not supported by Instagram's aspect ratio standards. Please edit the photo so that it falls in the range of 4:5 to 1.91:1 or remove Instagram placement."

So how do I do this? The original image in 3,000 x 1,427. I'm using Corel Photo Paint.
