i've downloaded both again twice. TTLib and Selection Toys.
either 7zip or winrar seems to work just fine.
i'll try to unzip them with 7zip then.

Problem solved. Old corrupted files sometimes need to be erased first
and not just overwrite it. Both works fine now. Checked with Notepad++.

Avast or AVG are good choices for free antivirus.
there is also Emsisoft Emergency Kit 1.0
you can get it here http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/download/
it's proven to be good. but you need to update it manually.
it wont affected by virus in infected pc.
