• Into Preferences-> Shortcuts -> Export -> Preferences.dat
• Edit Preferences.dat : Replace all "Plugins" by "Extensions" (Ex Notepad)
• Into Preferences-> Shortcuts -> Import -> Preferences.dat

The same components if face is rectangle or parallelogram.
about trapezium ,the same components if face is uniform.
about triangle ,all the same components.
Version 5.1.0 is some bug,I fixed it in curent version v5.2.1 .

Not possible for all object.Unless you divide faces to triangle
You need use a diferrent tool.
