-select target edge(face)
-then press Ctrl if you want multiselect
-select aligned edge(face)
-press again Ctrl for finish select.
press Tab for change "align" or "align and move"

I can't delete after unused edges because it will affect the other ,but I update delete selected face and delete egdes no common_face.

Delete_instance will delete all instances which is overlaped its position.
less used but when i "copy" then "paste in place" 2-3 times ,it's my old plugin.
