You can UNCHECK "Shadow Settings" properties of the scene in the Scenes tray.

I did it but it’s just small script so I’m not sharing.
Add hidden and show selected elements in all scenes.

Maybe it misses the folder SketchupAPI.

you install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 or later.
Index is a position of your scenes in the new .skp to insert.

Copy All Scenes from the Sketchup file to the other.
