. . . today's WIP cont'd . . .

. . . $178 psychotherapy fees to cope with the down time . . . is that tax deductible . . . whew, glad we're back in the saddle again . . .
You wish you could group her followed quickly with FFD . . .
First impression: rear wheel looks cheap & dorky - other than that, it's a cool idea.
. . . don't tell me I'm the only one that does this . . . please . . . fries taste SO much better with Sketchup . . . really . . .
. . . is this a sign . . . do I need help . . .

Ray, of course - have fun with it. Sorry it's a "dirty" file - very sloppy geometry b/c I just whipped it out very fast . . . hope this is the one you're looking for - if not, let me know & I'll upload any you like . . .
Happy Sketching,
Brad

I asked CraigD if I could do some presentations at 3D Basecamp . . . maybe if you guys would pester Craig and let him know you'd like to see one of my demo's he'd invite me to do a presentation of the "six minute car" and some other fun stuff . . . what a shameless plug . . .
. . .
Happy sketching,
Brad

Very original i like it
Thanks very much.
I still have many details to add but at least I've begun . . . here are some mirrors, and softened the window corners . . . added a few details at the back . . . blah, blah, blah . . . it's difficult to complete this project at work because I have so much end of year paperwork!

Therefore, please post your thoughts for which Ruby scripts you would like to see highlighted during this presentation.
I think the SketchyFFD script is really, really great!!!
. . . I can't remember if I posted this one already, or not . . . with the generic "GreenToaster" look, it's hard to keep up with what's been . . . blah, blah, blah . . . needs a little tweaking around edges of the glass . . . oh well, the concept is obvious, and that's the main thing, right? . . .
Happy Sketching,
Brad

Thanks guys for the kind words. I was actually in a "disgruntled" mood when I made this one - maybe that helps to develop a little creativity
Okay - I'll do my best this weekend to learn enough about Kerkythea and render it. Until then I think I lost the file on one of the student machines in the classroom but I can recreate it . . . maybe it will take me a little more than six minutes to redo this one
I'll rebuild it on Friday, add mirrors, body panel & door lines, blah, blah, blah, then hopefully, render it this weekend - promise this time, k?
One of the many things I love about SketchUp is the ability to make quick changes - to try a bunch of "what if's" . . . here's another quick idea with a few "what if's" shown . . .

Thank you Marian for the kind words.
Here's another quick sketch . . . just another idea, a slight variation of car body shape . . .

. . . these pillar proportions are way off . . . I don't remember if I posted this one yet . . . they're really "generic GreenToaster" looking . . . (yawn) . . . time for branching out is way overdue, I think . . .
Happy Sketching,
Brad
