RE: [Req] Texture Corrector.... PLEASE
ooo that would be quite interesting, not just centering but conforming to the quad it is applied to, like a square texture image will stretch itself to fit a retangle face, that would help for remapping leaf textures in sketchup, althought sketchups new export to photoshop option kinda does that already, it should have extra handy uses... is that possible, that would be an awesome plugin

RE: [Plugin] V-Ray Tools
nope its a vray bug, they cant read any changes you make to the viewport after enableling 2point perspective mode, so when u enable 2 point thats what is going to render, if u pan up to see the building it will only render ur initial view
my fix is too zoom out and render at a high resolution so u can crop ur render or just correct it in photoshop. -
RE: 2 point perspective photomatch
haha that bug...you could just right click on it and save as...
honoluludesktop: ive tried that already its helpfull (and interesting) but doesnt work for my image, as the tut says it only works on ideal images.
MALAISE: could you point me in the right dirrection on that site, cant see where on that site would help me, thank you though.

RE: 2 point perspective photomatch
im trying to build a building from a photo, the photo has been corrected with 2 point perspective (where all vertical lines are straight) sketchup has a built in 2 point perspective mode, there should be an option in the photomatch panel to force 2 point perspective mode...

2 point perspective photomatch
should be possible, even simpler than the current 3 point... i apologize if this is a repeated topic, but it really grinds my nuts that it doesnt exist

RE: [Request]: SunPositionGizmo.rb
haha thats strange to see an opposite problem to mine, moving to 3d studio max, its annoying as hell that i cant easily get accurate sun possition to a sites geographical positioning. i used to work in an architecture firm and all the renders we were busy with the architects had a nack for spotting an incorrect sun angle (as they design the building keeping the sun in mind) so i quickly discarded the idea to place the sun wherever it looked best and rather worked the sun to look best for where it could only be, and really wish max could tell what the sun would do for where my building is during what time of day.

RE: [Plugin] V-Ray Tools
sheesh good frikken work, have ASGvis put you on the payroll yet?

could i suggest taking out the file location slot for the export location, rather have just the export button, once you hit it a window will pop up like with sketchup's export 2d image option? i tried the existing one but everytime i put in a location it says failed to save, or overwrite existing file?

RE: Nikon Coolpix3700
as i was scrolling down, looking at the pictures of the model, i was thinking: "this would make an awsome render" and then..... it was
well done -
RE: [Req] Viewporter

Question: those grey bars, they indicate sketchups output? if so wouldnt just clicking "get view aspect" in vray's out put tab get the aspect of the gray bars?
-
RE: [Req] Viewporter
