This is AWESOME. I've been fighting with trying to smooth out some not-so-detailed contours from a USGS map for a while, this ruby did it in a snap with perfect detail. Thank you!

RE: Kitchen
Wow. Nice, clean and bright. The only thing I see that makes me raise an eyebrow is the placement of the two windows above the cabinetry. They are placed low relative to the top of the cabinets. Just my personal preference, but they would look better centered or high. Otherwise, I'd love to have a kitchen like that.

RE: Pyrotechnic!
You are a genius at getting me to download things. I have no idea how you find it. First Algodoo, now this. Another time-waster I'm going to play with.

RE: Oculus Rift VR
Me too. If you could get a VR headset for the comparable price and resolution of a high quality LCD, I'd be all over it. My LCD was $600, so to pay that for a VR headset would be OK.

RE: Boston!
Olishea, I wasn't referring to your comments. You are 100% right about the police. The "Patriot" act and things like CISPA are whittling away at our rights very quickly.

RE: Oculus Rift VR
I am really looking forward to this coming down to the consumer level price-wise. It would add a whole 'nuther level to modeling and gaming. Hope it happens, I can say I'd buy it instantly.

RE: Boston!
I'm surprised it took this long for the conspiracy theorists to start.

RE: Algodoo now free!
Fun program. I already wasted a couple of hours playing around with it. Thanks for sharing!

RE: Any smokers here? Wanna quit?
I don't smoke but the way you're on about those flavors I might have to pick up a vape.

RE: Boston!
Caught one. The worst is over, but there's a long road ahead.
So incredibly sad.

RE: Boston!
The more I hear it sounds like big brother was disconnected from the community and much of the American life. Also, people closer to them say that the little brother looked up to the big brother quite a bit. It's possible (not making excuses for it), that he was sucked in to his big brother's plot.
Still, how bright can you be if you kill innocent people, don't think about the fact that cameras are everywhere, and in that vein don't consider the possibility that you might be found quickly, don't take cash for the getaway and then need to rob a convenience store to make a getaway attempt.
Just stupid all around.

RE: Love Sketchucation; Hate Tapatalk
I use it. I wish more of the forums I frequent had it enabled. However, I agree that having to decline the popup Tapatalk ad every time you visit forums that you don't wish to use it on is very annoying.

Enough with the Tea Bagger crap. You haven't been keeping up with the other thread?
Opinions are welcome. Infantile rejoinders lacking critical thought and no interest in discussion are the hallmark of a troll.

RE: Is this guy serious?!
Please do not feed the troll. It's a waste of effort, he negates a referenced, well thought discussion with the Internet equivalent of sticking his tongue out and saying, "Oh yeah?!?"

RE: Mon$anto vs. Mother Earth
Wait for it...
Now comes the persecuted right winger card. Everything and everyone has a liberal bias.
I guess the world is flat, no matter what. And if it's round, it's probably the liberal's fault anyway.

RE: Boston!
White smoke. Black powder pipe bombs? Wonder how they were detonated. Drove down 90E through town last night on the way back from NY, everything's still closed up with restricted access.

Farmers aren't forced to use Monsanto seeds.
Using GM seeds doesn't ruin the soil and make it only suitable for GM seeds.
Using GM seeds increases production..decreases fertilizer...increases resistance to insects and disease...
GM seeds makes food cheaper. If you actually did some research you'd know that:
- Monsanto makes roundup. The repeated use of roundup makes the soil toxic to "normal" seeds.
- Monsanto makes seeds resistant to their own herbicide. Those seeds are patented, you can only get them from Monsanto.
Therefore you are correct that GM seeds do not ruin the soil.
Using GM seeds does do the things you say. But let's conveniently ignore cross-pollination and the fact that once nature adapts (and nature ALWAYS adapts)the bugs will ignore the modifications and weeds will overcome the herbicides, you will conveniently be forced to buy the next-gen Monstanto product. Or starve. Ignore the super-bugs and -weeds that start invading non-GMO fields too. Guess they can buy Monsanto's products too. Or starve.
