Nice house... I'll take it!
Are your going to bring some color to the house?

Wawawiewa... those are some nice models!
Wonder what they would look like when rendered...
Nice work,
regards Ward
Looks like a real living room, nice work!
Got a new design for the train station.
I'd like to have a glass rood so the whole building has a light interior.
Your humble opinion please!
Fog in Global setting right? Then select "Volumetric Lighting"?
I tried that but after rendering 30 mins. Kerky was still at 0 %
Hi guys,
Is there any way of rendering fog in Kerkythea?
I've tried searching here but I didn't find anything.
Thanx Ward
Got an update.
This is what the train station looked like in the good old days.
Than it got replaced in the 70's by this:
And some images from LiveEarth:
This is the Stationsstraat, the street that leads to the train station and the main square.
Beautifull street with historic buildings, mostly lawyers and real estate brokers.
Train station birds eye view.
I've made some changes to my 3rd model. Toned down the number of glass surfaces.
@ stinkie
Yep, I've got quite a few architecture books now. Last week I picked up "Architecture Now! Vol 3." for only β¬ 9,95!
I'd like to post some images from the surrounding area.
What resolution can I post here? 800 x 600 is to large right?
Nice model Fred!
I like the "organic" feel to the house, keep up the good work.
Ward
Hehe Kenny, I don't know squat about architecture.
I work in a hotel...
I just don't like the train station in my city, so I want to design a new one!
I think there are plans to renovate / demolish the train station. The main waiting hall and the first floor are abandoned.
Bergen op Zoom is a 700-year old city, very nice historic buildings. The train station really doesn't fit in.
I'll have to make some photographs of the current situation so you guys can take a look. I'll try to map the area as well.
@ kwistenbiebel
This is my first building I'm going to design which has to be placed in an real life surrounding.
I think a modern style would contrast nicely with the historic surroundings. I'm currently reading "Architecture for Dummies" , so hopefully I'm gonna learn to think like an architect a litte bit.
@remus
The last one is my favorite as well, its got way to many glass surfaces I agree with you. Its a WIP so I'm not done with it.
@ all
Thanks for the comments and feedback! Got a lot of work to do, I'll keep you guys posted
Thanks for the comment.
I know the model is static, I have to move a few joints around to suggest movement.
Need to add a few details as well I think. Maybe some lights or battle damaged parts.
Hello fellow SU addicts,
I am designing a new train station in Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands.
The current building was constructed in the 70's, here's a picture.
A lot of times when I make a model I'm not happy with the progress and start over again.
The building should be about 85m in width, 15m length. Here's the models I've designed so far. There WIPs so a lot of walls and textures need to be added.
Which one of these models has potential? Could you guys give me some feedback?
Thnx, Ward
Hey guys,
I'm new here, whats all this talk about Base Camp?
Is it like a get-together for SU users?
Hi guys,
I've been designing a Mech in SU. (a Mech is a large walking vehicles controlled by a pilot)
This is the first render in Kerky:
Now it looks like this:
Hey silver_shadow, you've got some amazing SU models.
Keep up the good work!

What kind of building is it?
