Anyone have an opinon on the construction line issue?

You guys have confirmed my thoughts and I think I will stick with pc

Basically I only use it for SU and downloading

I never meant to start a war just wanted people's thoughts

Solo ( and others) what spec do you run on your machine?

My dell has broken down again, its only a year old

Can any point me in the direction of some posts for and against macs

I tried search but couldn't find any

I see the mac pro runs an ATI card which I thought was a no no

Also to get the same spec as my pc it would cost $3499!! with no monitors. I already have 2 x 27" screens

PS in best buy they had 2 different size boxes for 560ti and $70 different
I read the boxes and they seemed the same so no idea why the size or price difference!!

My problem is when I zoom in on a construction line it disappears, zoom out and you can see it again
So would this be a card problem
My pc is pretty powerful with i 7 processor and 6 gb memory dell

Had to have a new Hard drive fitted and have lost all my plugins

I have loaded a few, but, some are downloaded but will not show up in SU
Its been a while since I have downloaded a new plugin and am a bit lost

I used TIG's explanation and it worked a treat
The cut marks didn't line up perfect so I measured the pieces together and then taped them together

I'm trying to print some ribs out to scale but they are way bigger than A4

Anyone have any idea how I can do it
The ribs are for a boat we are making so the carpenter needs the profile to make the shape
There are 13 ribs all together

I was playing around with your very stylish clip and thought I would help with a corner and a 3 way joint
Couldn't work out how to make one if you had a back panel.... unless you rout the shelf

I have a project to do for a friend, but have no idea what format of file these machines use
