May I ask you, how did you came to conclusion that Placecemaker 'has a great success'?
IMO it could be effective only if you're practicing in one of First World mega-polices London,NY, Frisco.
I also pretty upset PB has fallen between the chairs in recent period. So many huge things could be added\refined 😕
