When speaking in context to that list which is what we/I was discussing. There is no difference between a gun or a knife. When guns are banned in these countries and a list shows that homicide's are not zero, then my take on it is the gun ban/control did nothing. Except make it safer for the criminals to be criminals.
When or where do you see that I said a single thing about the school.

There is nothing "I do not get about" what could have been. And the difference between that psycho having a rifle or knife that day in that school. Yes it more than likely would have been better for most everyone in the school that day if he only had a knife.
But on the other hand he could have had nothing but the clothes on his back, stole a bus and drove the damn thing straight through the place and done even more damage.

Just shows if the info is any good that banning/gun control for the most part does not do much good.

Hey guys I just want to say I am not trolling or trying to get folks who do not like others point of view, or thoughts, in a uproar.
Just trying to say/show there are two sides to everything, and throwing some info I thought would be pertinent to the subject.
And that gun control done by banning anything is not the way I feel gun control should be handled.
And since Solo may ask, how I think it should be handled. I do not know.

This information is pretty much accurate. However, it is misleading. The UK doesn't have guns and they only had 1.2 murders per 100,000. Australia doesn't have guns and they had 1.0, China probably doesn't have guns and they had 1.0, Canada had 1.6 and Monaco had 0. Monaco probably doesn't have a 100,000 people? None of these countries are on the list, at least I didn't see them. At any rate, the list was designed to be misleading.

Hey Steve, cool you jets there cheif!! You read that first sentence of the post that says "this is part of an email that made it to my inbox"? All I know for sure about the Japanese is that after the start of it all my grandfather ended up in POW camp for many many months.

I believe This is the start of them trying to confiscate guns. I do believe that Feinstein woman is the only one who has came right out and said anything about confiscation.
I hope and would like to think our own military would have no part of it since they take that oath about protecting their country from all enemies both foreign and domestic.

I do not hoard or stock pile guns either. I bought my first long gun a shotgun at the ripe old age of 12 years old with my own hard earned cash, and every rifle/pistol/shotgun since has just taken up another slot in a safe. How about we call it a collection.:]

In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

I hope I am not coming off like a mad man. Liberal, Dem, Repub, Teabag, means nothing to me. I vote for the one I hope will do the better job. Just trying to say that they are all a tool for those who are responsible. And I wish there was a better way to make sure the crazy people in the world could not get there hand on any kind of weapon. And that I dont think banning ammo, clips, or rifles, shotguns, pistol of any kind is the way to go about it. But I suppose it would not matter much to me and mine since our safes are pretty well stocked.

You are probably absolutely right about your first point. There is a lot of city folks who should not drive a car or ride a bike let alone own a gun, if they are crazy or not. But most of them do not go in schools and start killing. And I like to think most people who know nothing about guns usually just stay away from them.

I do not know about your second point, I would say it depends on how big of guns they bring and how many there are.

I do not know where the idea came from, It is just the trust thing. I do think Obama, Hillary and a lot of the rest of them would love to have themselves a gun grab.
I am not dodging your question. I do not need an assault rifle. Yet. But I do enjoy shooting them at targets, at Ice blocks, at tannerite, at groundhogs in our fields who like to dig holes for the horses to break a leg in, at coyotes who like to kill all the baby deer, baby bunnies, turkeys, grouse and ring neck pheasants. Because I am an american and I am free and responsible have worked my ass off my entire life, because I paid for them they are mine and they are a good tool for those who are responsible enough to own one or many. And because if the president and the rest of his cronies decide to come and take an M1A1, M16, deer rifle, shotgun, pistol or pellet gun, they would also be my first choice to hopefully let them know they should leave the property.

There is no hint about it, they start going door to door trying to take guns. They will have to kill me and my entire family more than half the state of PA and a lot of people all over the rest of the country to do it.

Sorry Solo, But my entire family and my reason for owning plenty of all of the above is for when the Govt comes to try and take our guns.
I was born and raised in the country and have grown up with and around all types of rifles, pistols, shotguns. They are in my blood and will have to be pulled from cold dead hands.

It works the same for me. With a face selected the drop down tools menu item will work but the single icon toolbar will not.

My drop down "Tools" Menu works with a face preselected. The toolbar does not.

I would say it is your GPU "graphics card"
If your pc came from a big box store it probably came with onboard graphics meaning your graphics card is built in on your motherboard.
You have a good CPU "processor" and plenty of memory. I would say any card from Nvidia GTX 500
series of cards would be what I would upgrade to. But you could probably get away with the GTX 400 series.
I have about the same machine as you except I built mine and also use it for gaming I have the GTX 570 card in it, and you really have to try to get Sketchup to start stuttering.
