When I use daylight portals for my interior renderings I sometimes get weird "lighting" lines.
After many test I see that it only happens when there's an image texture on the surface (wall) where the daylight (window)is created.
It would be easier to explain if I could show an image...
Maybe by email?

RE: Nxt materials and cutting planes
thanx Hal
Materials:
I meant that procedural materials (in the library that comes with Irenderplus)
for example brik: when I select the material I can change it but when its applied I should be able to change it with all the options I get when i created it no?
Bump:
I was talking about the procedural materials... not images. When I create a marble material (in Irenderplus) there's no place where i can specifie bumpiness for the veins (for example...)
when I use Sketchup materials (with images) It's easy to do so theres an "auto bump" option.
Cutting planes:
I get this message:
ERROR during: Export Entities and Start Ray Trace:
C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt/ruby/nXt_extract.rb 1332 in nxt_add_section_plane_entity_to_model

Nxt materials and cutting planes
I am having some troubles with NXT materials:
I mean native NXT materials... I can't modify them in the way they are created: In the procedural way.- How can we had bumps to an NXT material... For example In a brik wall the joins should get some bump effect.
- when I try to render cutting planes I get a message error.
...great soft!!! Integration with SU and easyness!!
thanx
