I think the main plugin is your brain.
All other things being just a tool that helps you. Besides the main Sketchup tools (Line, Arc, Intersect ...), I use a this plugins. They are the best for such a task.

Basically it is formed with HR foam. The frame is filled with a flexible metal spring. This product is unique , so this method as polyurethane foams, would be very expensive
