Wow, I'm seriously impressed! How is the chair's padded shape achieved? Just by wrapping and contouring the foam? Or is it shaped from a polyurethane foam?

Basically it is formed with HR foam. The frame is filled with a flexible metal spring. This product is unique , so this method as polyurethane foams, would be very expensive
