i just install sketchup pro 2014 but i'm facing this problem with sketchup paint bucket tools. i try to put translucent material to my window but when i try to choose the material it keep choosing the yellow translucent material. anyone can help? thanks

Thanks its work!! .. but now i have another problem.. when i click render nothing happen.. even i just create simple box and i hit render nothing happen.

i already contact chaos group technical team and still waiting for the reply i. i already reinstall for couple of time and the error still come out. Is there any solution?thanks

i already send to chaos group support and get the reply:

This error is caused by issues with file permissions. If you are installing as an administrator you may need to repair the permissions for the location:
C:\ProgramData\ASGVIS

can anybody tell me how to do this step because i cant find the C:\ProgramData\ASGVIS??

i try to import the offline activation file and i get this message "unable to import license". im using windows xp 32 bit. please view the attachment file.
