Trying the photoreal setting with Rayscaper.
-
As it say's, not tried the photoreal setting before so thought, "What might this do for Rayscaper?
Up to you to see what difference you can. The model is a redo of an oldie.

-
What photoreal setting are you referring to?
-
View - Face Style - Photoreal Materials.
-
Ah....Sketchup's Photoreal mode.
-
To clarify, the photoreal setting doesn't affect Rayscaper. Rayscaper ingests the geometry and materials from SketchUp, but doesn't do anything with the renders. It makes its own renders.
-
Sorry, wanting to see how closely, or not, the photoreal mat setting in Sketchup can approximate to a render. Not too badly for folk who do not want the added complexity of a render program.
Approximating a studio might prove useful.
Curiosity alone.
