@Glenn-at-home I found it more performant. With large amounts of arrayed components in previous versions I would get that wire bounding box.

Similar tests with this release and I'm not getting it so far. Reminds me when we got the speed boost between v6 and v7. Not as dramatic as that but definitely noticeable.

@Rich-O-Brien So far it does seem a bit "faster" or more responsive. I like the included plugin migration. So far all but 1 3rd party plugin seems to be working, Ambient Occlusion but that's to be expected.

Do you still need the Ambient Occlusion extension since SketchUp has it natively?

Did you use the Sketchucation ExtensionStore to install your bundle of Sketchucation extensions?

I've already paid for it, years ago, and I actually prefer it.
No, I do not use the Sketchucation Extension. No offense but I don't want a 3rd party handling my extensions. I played around with a recent design and so far all good on this end!

I'm still using Sketchup Pro 2022. I have 2025 loaded and it's running fine. Short of the really bad icons.

any timeline to fix the preferences -> file locations? regardless of the setting, it simply shows the default install folders. then i have to remove those and replace with junctions to get them to point to the locations i want (versus whatever the program wants) so materials ,components, and styles are still not responding to the settings in preferences.
