Unfortunately, the bug splat number is a SketchUp thing; AFAIK, plugin developers cannot access that mechanism to get diagnostics about their plugins.

Is the crash reproducible? By changing a light value, do you mean changing a value in the Rayscaper lights tab?
Which version of Rayscaper are you currently running?
If this would happen again, do you mind sending me the log file SUEX_Rayscaper.log?

Rayscaper creates a log file in the application data directory named SUEX_Rayscaper.log. For example C:\Users\Thomas\AppData\Roaming\Rayscaper. To find the application directory, you can use explorer on Window, and type %AppData% in the address bar. Make sure to send us this log file.

I received a similar report from Rich that he ran into a crash while changing light values, so I'm keeping an eye on this.

It only happened the once, not reproducable I'm afraid.

@Mike-Amos Thanks for reporting back, will keep an eye out an continue to fix bugs. Eventually those crashes surface, and we’ll fix them.

I have to say that there were lots of textures that did nothing, attached nowhere and were just bloating the file. A possible cause.

I have cleaned the model several times and will report back when it is retextured and re rendered to see if anything changes.

Hello, I'm testing rayscaper and I'm very interested in your program, but as soon as I click on “settings” sketchup 2022 crashes. Thanks for your advice

@Krass Thanks for your interest. Which settings menu are you referring to? The one in Rayscaper.
