Firts, you should make sure you have installed the latest version of Sketchucation ExtensionStore and of LibFredo6.
You should also read the instructions in the first post of this thread.
What kind of 'problems' do you have?

Hi, I purchased the Fredo6Bundle2022 but unfortunately Curviloft is expired, Tools On Surface doesn't run at all. Please advice.

You just need to purchase a license now.
Go to menu Tools > Fredo6 Collection > Curviloft > License.... and click on the button "Obtain License". You can purchase individual license for each plugin, or the bundle for 8 plugins.You can also use the following link for accessing directly the Purchase page of Curviloft.

Your payment is in a pending state at PayPal. I would advise you to contact either PayPal or your bank to see why it will not release funds to complete the purchase.
When PayPal places a payment into a pending state it means no one has received the money so we cannot complete the transaction.

I'm having exactly the same problems, when I try to download my Fredo Corner license files, they're all 0 bytes in size. Any advice?

I have checked your licences and I can see you have purchased FredoCorner PERPETUAL and FredoCorner RUSH. As I see in both cases you have - probably accidentally - added an invalid character to your email address and this prevented our system to properly generate your licences.
Now I have manually fixed your FredoCorner PERPETUAL licence so you should be able to download it from your My Licences page.
If you want your RUSH licence refunded, please write to our support email address
support[at]sketchucation.com
and refer to this post. If you prefer to receive your RUSH licence, let me know and I will fix it manually. -

I've tried to validate the new license provided, and one of the three available 'seats' is now noted as being taken on 'my' Sketchucation license page.
Unfortunately that's the end of the success story as the plugin still refuses to cooperate, it merely quickly checks, and then, having done so, it intransigently sits there in its un-validated state.
I don't have any firewall rules preventing Sketchup connecting to the internet and would deeply appreciate any further insight you might have before my frustration gets the better of me and this laptop becomes a frisbee.

Could you please go to Extensions / SketchUcation / SCFLicence::Global status at your SketchUp menu and in the upcoming popup select "details" for your FredoCorner plugin. Please send a screenshot of the details popup. Also: Did you get any error messages on activation? If yes, could you tell us what kind of error message did you get?

You do not need 2 accounts to buy 2 licences.
If you buy twice, you will receive 2 licences. Each licence will have as many seats as you have selected at the sales page. (e.g.: Fredo6 has licences with 3, 30 and 60 seats).
If you buy 2 licnces with 3 seats each then you will have overall 2 X 3 = 6 seats.
Though at your "My licences" page your 2 licences will be dispayed separately.

I purchased a license for RoundCorner last April 27, 2022
I was able to use it but now it says Trial Period Expired and need to get a License.
How will I get my License back??? -
What does the license actually buy? I just got a license and received no email, do we have to pay for a membership license as well as every single plugin additionally? I thought some plugins were free with paying for the membership, I dont know how you expect students to pay 15 dollars a month for membership and then each plugin for 10 20 dollars a pop. If this is the case I would like a refund.

Many questions....
I think you are a bit confused between license and membership. Membership offers discounts and free sketchup related content.
There's no monthly charge for licenses. You pay for a license and you get a perpetual license.
If you go to https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php you can see your purchase license files.

How did you release the seats? locally on the computer or on your MyLicenses Page?
Otherwise, sent me a PM with the seat number you wish to release.

OK. I released all seats for FredoSpline (1 seat) and FredoCorner (3 seats).
