Hello everyone, could you release my licenses?
I ended up formatting my notebook and my desktop computer and forgetting to deactivate the license manually, now it's stuck on old computers.

I cannot pay for the license since PayPal is not operating in Turkey and it seems the other option doesn't work. Could you help me?

Have you checked https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php ?
Your license files are stored there if our email fails to reach your inbox. But I see no purchase for this account.
What did you buy?

Rich, thanks for the information, but on the site where the license files are downloaded there is no option to remove licenses from old activated computers. There is only the option to download the license, there is no more button to tick or click.
From the "SCF License" license manager, when clicking on Validate License and clicking on the downloaded license file, it appears: "ERROR: License seats exceeded"
I downloaded the manual and did not find if it is possible to deactivate the old licenses manually, without having to contact you!
A recommendation, they could change the system and whenever you activate the downloaded license and all are being used, deactivate the first license automatically, so you don't have to get in your way....

Typically Firewalls, Antivirus/Malware apps and VPNs cause issues. Another reason maybe if your on a network in a place of business and sketchucation.com domain is not whitelisted.
But that error does mean the issue is on your side as its preventing you reaching the server.
Also make sure your SketchUp Pro installer is installed using Run as Administrator so that it doesn't get handcuffed by Windows user policies and privileges.

Send an email to support@sketchucation.com with your PayPal Transaction ID so we can look it up.
Or contact PayPal directly to see what happened with your payment.

This may be perfectly obvious to someone who's more savvy about these things than I, but how does one purchase a license? An often used extension is suddenly unavailable and I can't find the place/process for the life of me...

You can see a list of extensions for sale here...
Or in SketchUp, each extension has a License menu entry. If you click the Obtain License button you go to the purchase page for that extension.

Thanks for the reply, but still dead ended. Either of these routes takes me to the Cart Checkout, where none of the payment buttons responds. Really need this extension, and had no notion this was coming. Feeling pretty frustrated here...

Many things can impact PayPal's button executing. In most instances its browser related.
So if you have another browser without a bunch of addons running try that.
Things like Duck Duck Go's Privacy Essentials, Ad Blocker or even your own javascript settings can stop it working.

I purchased a new computer and installed my licensed Fredo extensions on my new computer. My old computer has been rebuilt. I did not release the licenses on the old computer before I installed them on the new computer. I went to the "My License" page and manually released the licenses that were assigned to my old computer. However, two of the extensions do not have a check box to release the license. See attached screenshot. Thank you in advance for the help. -David
