SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation

What are you trying to do ?
What are you downloading [Curvloft...rbz ?]] ?
What have you installed ?
What shows up in your Extension Manager ?
Have you bought a license for it [Curviloft?] ?
Have you received an email with its license details [check spam-folder] ?
Have you activated that license ?Please reply more clearly.
Use Google-Translate, as I suspect English is not your first language...
Alternatively include the reply is you own language and we'll try to decode it...

ERROR_A04 indicates some problem with your signature file. Please try to erase your signature file at
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses\SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt
(on windows) and try to re-activate your license.If after this you are still getting the same error message, please send your signature file by PM to me for further analysis.

Will send it to you later after work. I have tried the deletion trick several times before, also in tandem with different combinations of system restart, new SketchUp install before, after, firewall/no firewall and basically everything else that I could find in this thread! I'm wondering if there is a way to release the license even if we cannot reach our device anymore, it would be a major problem unless it is possible. -

We are working on a solution to enable online release but it will take probably a few more weeks until we introduce this to the public. Until then you can PM Fredo6 with the details of your license (Plugin name, license ID, etc) and the reason why you are asking for this or write to our support at support [at] sketchucation.com . After evaluating your request they might or might not release a seat for your license.

Thanks for the reply, right now I don't have any needs for those kind of problems, I was just asking this to prevent any future problems.

FIXED, maybe this solution helps someone else:
My computers name contained non ASCII letters that prevented SketchUcation from proper communication with the servers (thats at least how I understood it).
In my case these letters were Umlaute (Ă,Ă,Ă).
If you cant download from the store plugin anymore + your license gives out an A04 error then check if you have recently changed your machines name (especially for the Germans that thougt it would be a good idea to name their PCs "BĂźrorechner").@maschinengott said:

Hello. While trying to validate paid-for license for FredoCorner on SketchUp Make 2017, I get the following error popup dialogue box:
msg_validation_error Request to Sketchucation = ERROR_F09

I was not aware of the difference, and I apparently installed FredoCorner instead of RoundCorner. I have no idea what the difference is between the two, and the license I bought says it is for RoundCorner. Working on this some more...

The error F09 shows a mismatch between the license and the extension...
I guess you've now resolved it having realized that there are two extensions with somewhat similar names and they need licensing separately... The FredoCorner is the newer one, [licensed separately], and RoundCorner is the older [in the bundle]... they each have slightly different functions - both are powerful...Am I right in my assumption that this is now resolved to your satisfaction ? ...

My license just switched off, it happens time to time
Bu since then there's no way to validate the license back again
When I click on the "validate" button, and try to find the scflicense from the download page, I see no compatible file to appear

Fredo Corner says my trial expired a week ago. I now wish to purchase Although when I go to'My Licenses', it says it's perpetual. OK. I don't see where on https://sketchucation.com/plugin/2120-fredocorner there is a purchase button. What am I missing?

Unless I am wrong, you purchased a license of FredoCorner in July 21, which you never activated.
It should be visible in your MyLicenses page on Sketchucation, where you can download the license file and then activate it on your computer via the License dialog (menu entry Tools > Fredo6 Collection > FredoCorner > License....).
