OK, so after some backend probing we have pinpointed the F07 error that is appearing.
It likely your .scflicense having no content. If it's 0kb in size then that's the issue.
We are reverting back a few hours and reissuing license files which should fix these f07 errors.
Sorry about that.
Should we contact if our license files is 0KB, or later we will got a new file in email

We will email out new license files shortly. We can see which ones are empty so expect a proper license file soon

Hello, yes I thought it was strange that all my license files were 0kb empty files. I just received emails with new licenses that are about 600 bytes in size. I just tried to validate the RoundCorner license with the new license file and it worked. Thank you

No, thank you for your patience.

Hi any and all.
I have followed TIG's directions but I'm still getting ERROR_F07. I'm using SU Pro 2022 on a PC. I have used TIG's directions - launched the exe as admin - and repaired my install. I have version 4.2.5 of the plugin store installed. I have version 12.8a of LibFredo6 installed. I have installed, closed and reopened SU and all the toolbars are visible. But I cannot get the validation to work.

Hi John,
Earlier today we had a problem with the license files we sent out. If your license file size is 0kb it is one of the problem licenses.
We reissued emails in the evening with the correct license file. Did you get those?
-
Hi Rich
Yes actually that is the case. I only just noticed they had 0kb. And I didn't know what was up with the, I thought, duplicate emails. I'll try using the latest email versions.
Thank you. -
Report back if there's success or failure. I hope success
-
Success!
Hi Rich
That was the trick. Thanks again.

Ok. I bought Fredo's bundle, got 8 emails, each with a licensing file in it
So it's 8 individual licenses and not one bundle license? And all licenses need to be checked every few days? (5 days? 7 days?). So there must be a permanent connection to the internet?

Yes

The license does ping occasionally. Unsure of the time frame though. Fredo would know more.

Not really. Tools will work offline if you validated while online.

Have you installed the latest version of Lib Fredo and restarted SketchUp ?
-
Normally, LibFredo6 v12.8a should solve this problem.
-
Yes, latest LibFredo installed trough the Extension Store 4.2.5.
The other license extensions are working fine. Actually I just activated Curvizard and it worked once and then it said the same as the scale. They work only once after startup, then the Trial Period Expired window appear.
So it is something that started today. Both of these licenses I inserted today! -
I have the same problem like ely862me
-
Hi!
First thank you for the Fredo6Bundle! It is great. I only saw their importance when I couldn't use them anymore!
I purchased* the bundle and inserted a couple of licenses but today after FredoScale expired I successfully inserted the license yet when I try to use it is says it expired.I have reinstalled the plugin and it gives this error. It gets installed and looks alright though.
EDIT:
I have uninstalled the other Sketchup versions and removed the FredoScale plugin from the Plugins Folder. Now there is no error at installation. So that error was meaningless regarding the license problem.
*Rich knows

Same problem here suddenly..Updated everythingbut still can't get it to work...Everything seems to be fine but everytime I want to use the plugin I got the license message.
-
There was a recent report of similar issues, traced to a server-side issue.
This was fixed and affected licensees were issue new details.
However, these reports suggest that an issue still persists...I'm sure the IT team are investigating and working on a fix !

Nasty stuff when we are depending on servers.
I was working hourly and I had to stop the job because I couldn't use it and finish it.
Hope it gets fixed soon!
Thanks to those working under radar! -

Thanks to those working under radar! When you go to your Extensions / SketchUcation / SCFLicence : Global Status what do you see? Are the plugins licensed?
