It might be stuck in your Spam folder.
Anyway, you can always access your licenses at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php (just sign-in)

This lets you download copies of any license-files you have purchased.
After downloading a file to somewhere safe you can then validate it in the appropriate tool's menu item. -
hey I have a question I am an interior design student and some time ago my Fred corner licence got removed . Is there anything I can do about it? Do I have to pay for it or is it stilll free
