Licenses are linked to the user account that purchased. Email address entered at the purchase page is only for delivery.

It's usually alot quicker than 8hrs if your payment was successful. Nearly instant in most cases.But if the payment processors we use, PayPal or Stripe, encounter difficulties making a charge then it can take up to 24hours.
In rare cases, payments fail because of bank security policies.
I can see PayPal has placed your purchase into a Pending state which usually means an issue between your bank card and PayPal.

Error messages when activating?
Most likely, since you changed a devices name, the signature file will complain.
- Go to https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php and release seats
- Open SketchUp
- Go to Extensions > Sketchucation > Global License Status and click License File Location
- Close SketchUp and in the Explorer delete the SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt
- Open SketchUp and activate licenses.
Please make sure all devices are running Sketchucation Tools 4.4.1 and the most recent Libfredo. This enables online seat releasing at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
Otherwise seats will be frozen.

Are you using the license for JPP at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php to activate?
If your device name uses special characters please change it to use alphanumeric characters only.

Yes, I bought the license on the site https://sketchucation.com. I also tried to change the name of my computer to Rémi8Gaming, but it didn't work.

Hello,
I’ve been a customer of yours for years and already own several plugin licenses. Recently, however, I’ve been experiencing an issue with the JointPushPull extension. My license seems to have a problem—whenever I try to use or manage it, I receive the following error message:ERROR_A04
Wrong Signature File – You may have changed the computer name
It is advised to erase the Signature file and revalidate.I’m not sure how to fix this. Could you please help me resolve it?

Click OK in the popup alert. This will open the location of the signature file.
Delete the file named SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt
Restart SketchUp
Activate license
