The downloads are coming directly from this page and I keep receiving the same error.

What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says 2023 Free/Make but there is no such version.

If you are using SketchUp 2023 Pro make sure you have the current version of the Sketchucation Extension Store, LibFredo6, and the extensions you are trying to license installed.

Which extension are you trying to license?

I am using Sketchup Pro 2023. I just realized that the extension works for RoundCorner but not for FredoCorner. Which one is the most up to date?

They are separate extensions with separate licenses. You can't license RoundCorner with a FredoCorner licenses and vice versa.

FredoCorner has more advanced features.

Make sure your device/s are running Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1 to be able to manage seat releasing online.

Please delete the signature file at C:\Users\SomeName\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses and restart SketchUp and activate using the license at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php

If it is still not working please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support command in SketchUp and copy/paste text into your reply.

I'm having a bit of trouble purchasing a licence for THRU PAINT. I have Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1 installed. When I go to purchase a licence it sends me to this link:

Which then shows this message:

ERROR: Unknown plugin identifyer.

But, I can release Curviloft and JointPushPul

but. I can't release Fredo Corner.
