Whitelisting a domain is not something related to Sketchup or the plugins. Just get help on the Internet for your platform.

But the computer name is still incorrect...
Have you tried deleting the signature-file as the error message says ?
You need to restart SketchUp afterwards...
Perhaps Fredo can comment... have you any non-ASCII characters in your computer name - e.g. accented letters ?Donc tout est à jour...

Vous devez ensuite redémarrer SketchUp...
Peut-être que Fredo peut commenter... avez-vous des caractères non ASCII dans le nom de votre ordinateur - par ex. lettres accentuées ? -

i have updated all the plugins you mentioned. and it seems it will work. but my licensed seats said it is maxed. can you clear everything on the seats so i will have it fresh. kindly response urgently. thank you so much.

Pourquoi le nom de l'ordinateur est incorrect j'ai tout fait depuis cet ordinateur la...
J'ai supprimer le fichier de signature comme le message d'erreur indique revalider et quand je revalide il y a une fenetre avec B03 qui s'affiche. Rien ne change quand je redemarre sketchup.
Le nom du fichier est correct sans accent ni symbole.

How am I supposed to purchase your licence if I'm from a country where paypal isn't available?

I am sorry if this has already been asked and answered but is it possible to unseat 1 or all licenses from the online license page? Or could you clear all of my seats I purchased so I can start fresh?Reason being, I had to reformat one of my desktops containing the seat and now I can't license Curvizard or loft. Please help.

Have you done as the message suggests, and opened the signature-file's folder and deleted the file, so that you re-assign it ?

Hello everyone,
After installing new Sketchup 2023, all the app purchased can be released from V2022 and assigned to new SketchUp 2023 but VISUHOLE. There is no option to release the license to be used in the same PC. Tick releasing option does not show as available.
Is there any to release seats for VISUHOLE?

Do you have the newest versions of the extension, LibFredo6 and the SketchUcation toolset [needed for full licensing set up] installed and SketchUp restarted ?
If so and still no joy please reply and someone will address the issue... -
