      Thank you for your purchase at our online plugin store.

      I'm really sorry you haven't received your purchased license immediately. I've sent a copy of your purchased license to you from our support at sketchucation.com email address.

      Here at SketchUcation.com we try to do everything we can to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products as soon as possible. However in a small percentage of cases the automatically sent out email with the product is delayed or gets lost. This is why we ask our customers at the end of the checkout process to check their spam folder and if the email does not arrive after 24 hours, contact our support.

      In the rare case of a not received email the reasons for the "lost" emails usually is: Typo in the email address: It is important to give the correct email address at the purchase as our system can not figure out the correct email address from a mistyped one. Email lands in the spam folder: We encourage our customers to check their spam folder as well.(In case of gmail also the promotions folder) Email bounces back: In some small percentage of cases the user's email box is not reachable for some reason so the email with the product bounces back. Email lost: In some very rare cases the email gets completely lost maybe because a spam filter erases it or because of some weird unknown reasons. All the above cases are handled by our support at support at sketchucation.com email address.

          I could not find any licences purchased by your registered email address or username. Please PM me the email address you used at the purchase. Also the receipt you received from PayPal might help to identify your licence.

                    Si alguien tiene y puede enviarme la licencia clothworks, me ayudaría muchísimo,pues instalé el plugin y no he podido usarlo por la licencia que no tengo ni encuentro

                              What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile says 2019 Free/Make which does not exist.

                              Have you installed the Sketchucation Extension Store tool?

                              What did you do to try to license Clothworks?

                                  does ClothWorks work with SU 2021? (MacOS10.14)
                                  I just upgraded to SU2021 and receive error messages only regarding ClothWorks (files in plugins are missing and others require load or register etc.).

                                  1. I dragged&dropped all ams_ClothWorks plugins from the 2020 folder to the 2021 folder - error messages on startup
                                  2. deleted all ams_ClothWorks files and fresh installed from sketchUcation Extension Store - restart - error message as above
                                    The procedure described in your license manual does not work, because the extension is not loaded on startup.
                                    I purchased a license (see post No. 3)
                                    Can you please help me? Thanks*togo

                                          about a month ago I bought the full version of ClothWorks and recieved a zipped lecense file.
                                          When I tried to unzip it, I got this message:
                                          [pre:3a0a7ybw]Error - Cannot open file "SCF_Purchased_License_ClothWorks_NORMAL_20201219" as archive.[/pre:3a0a7ybw]
                                          I emailed clothworks@sketchucation.com and never heard back, thought it was because of the holidays.
                                          I tried emailing again today and recieved this email in return:
                                          [pre:3a0a7ybw]mx.google.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:

                                          clothworks@sketchucation.com (clothworks@sketchucation.com)
                                          Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.[/pre:3a0a7ybw]

                                            Hello,

                                            You should not unzip the file. It's not a zip file. Just download the file, and provided you installed SketchUcationTools and ClothWorks, activate your license file.

                                            Also, I am not sure why your email is rejected.
