Sketchucation | Purchased files not received

Hi!
I just want to know if there is anybody who had the same issue like me?
I was recently buying the D.I.Y. Hedge files for Skatter on Sketchucation via paypal.
Payment was done, money went from my credit card, but i did not receive the files.
I was sending 2 emails to Sketchucation and one FB message but nobody is responding.
Can anybody help me out to get in touch with the team of Sketchucation that i will receive the files?

I get these kinds of emails when things go wrong [rarely] - but I got nothing on this.
Whom did you email ?
Anyway, I've sent a PM to our IT guru Gábor, so he can report on what's happened.Did you check your spam-emails, in case the response was sidetracked...

Hi! I was sending a FB Message, a Mail to richob@sketchucationcom and a Mail to mikel@skechucation.com but no response on that. I checked my spam and junk email folder but i haven´t got any email with the files.

Please send me an email with contact dates that i can send the proof of payment that i can finally receive the files.

I am terribly sorry about this.
Seems that I left running the site on my own!
AND without any powers!!
I can't raise Gábor, our IT guru, who could fix this, or any of the others with 'powers' - I suspect illness/holidays ?? [or perhaps alien-abductions ???]I'm sure it'll get resolved.
Please bear with us...
