I'm not seeing that behavior. It works as expected for me.

So you're saying that if you select the rotate tool, you can zoom in or out before you actually place the tool on the model?

As long as the cursor is within the drawing space, even over empty space, I can zoom with the scroll wheel just fine.

I am not seeing this behavior either. πŸ˜•

I can activate all of the drawing and modification tools, then zoom in/out before clicking the first point etc... just as it has been 'forever'...

Maybe it's a mouse issue. Does the scroll wheel zoom for you with any tool selected?

Well, my computer has been acting a bit strange lately.

This morning I turned on my monitor and moved my mouse to wake up the computer, and three open 2015 models, about a dozen images and maybe a half dozen open folders were gone. Well, not gone from the computer, just no longer open. And there were no auto saves for the models.

I checked my APC log and there were no power outages or voltage glitches during the night.

And I've noticed that my auto-saves are getting iffy. One may auto save, another not.

And a few other strange things.

I have built another Win7 computer, but it's not a top of the line, just something thrown together mostly from spare parts. Guess I could move everything over there until I get this one straightened out.

                What a pain.

It works just fine when using SU8

I did use a baseball bat on my computer the other day when it was annoying me, but that shouldn't be a factor, right?

Guess I'd better shut this thing down and see what I can find.

I'll just move my hard drive with all the SU stuff over to the other computer for now. Jeez, gotta start all over with 2015 (and SU8, I'm still saving all my models as SU8 until I'm absolutely sure that 2015 is the one I want to use full time).

That's gonna have to wait tho, still getting ready for the big Winter storm that's supposed to hit here tomorrow.

                        Have a nice Veteran's Day
