Stumbled on this nice building by Lorenzo Alvarez, so I decided to try something.
Sketchup and Thea. The vegetation is a mix of free samples plus a couple of trees modeled by me in Onyx tree.
The rainy images are lit by a hdri, while the sunny ones have a hdri and a very weak sun just to enhance the shadows.
Only a bit of color & levels correction in post pro.

very beautiful renders and model! I love how you made the glass enclosed spaces have some real life to them. My only crit is the stone, those sharp edges at some of the geometry are harsh. (actually, just some of the vertical edges, nice job rounding the sills, the edges of the horizontal planes are great.)

                      Thanks guys. ๐Ÿ˜„

@Rich: there are a couple of sockets & switches around (actually I can see one of them), but maybe they are not in view or perhaps the displacement has "eaten" them.

@Andy: I understand what you mean. The original stone work is a bit different, but has sharp edges. Since I was not able to find exactly the same texture, I made this one which, maybe, requires more smooth edges. Anyway I didn't want a too "rustic" look with too "shapeless" edges so I used displacement on beveled & smoothed surfaces with "normal smoothing" disabled.

Eh, I would really like a home like that.
The big problem would be that I would not know where to put the tons of books and records I have.
