How do I log out? -
There is no simple 'log-out'.
Run this line of code in the Ruby Console [edit>copy+edit>paste+<enter>].File.delete(File.join(SCF_Dialog;;SCFDIR,'cookie.dat'))
It deletes you current login data, You will then be prompted to log-in again when you next use the SketchUcation PluginStore dialog...
You must use a valid SketchUcation member-name and its password... -
Tried to solve the problem
Thank you -
Hi guys! Fantastic job on the plugin, I use it almost daily.
I wanted to throw out a request, see if it makes sense. I use SketchUcation Tools to manage and install plugins across a network, with people on SketchUp 8 and 2014. I've got some pro users who know how to use many plugins, some newbies who don't, and several different departments who have different needs. I use Fredo's Additional Locations Script to point to different directories on the network as well.
Would there be any benefit to adding a section where you can define your own "packages" as it were, so that I could create batch installs for user definable groups. For instance, I could make a package with some of ThomThom's scripts that we use, so that I could batch install those to a single location? I'd like to have a package I could install for out Land Planning Department, one for design, etc.
Also, I thought I'd mention that the current AutoInstall window doesn't fit everything if you have a fairly long path. Not a problem since it sorts alphabetically, but thought I'd mention it.
Thanks, and keep up the great work. I can elaborate more if it helps!
Matt

You could of course choose more snappy folder names ?
N:/SUp/Plugins/Network/Ruby20/xxx/...
You seem to use very loooong paths... Windows does have <= ~255 characters limit too !

LOL Yes. Getting by the upper management sometimes is the issue. "It should be clear to everyone what it is..blah blah blah"

Help!
Unzip error: could not unzip archive
Win 7 x64, With the latest updates. In sketch2013 works fine, in Sketch 2014, also worked, and then stopped, I do not know why.
Not update, not install new plugins, - always Unzip error.
A plug-ins folder correct (C:/Users/Shake/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2014/SketchUp/Plugins)
Permissions for the Plugins folder correct.
Internet Explorer With the latest updates.
Tried a clean install without any plug-in, the same result - does not work.
Help, I go crazy, I can not understand why stopped working

I wanted to see if I could also request that the version compatibility be put in at a glance if possible from the main store window. It shows downloads, and sometimes usage, but it'd be nice to show compatibility too for installing across multiple versions.

I have some questions regarding your error. Please answer them to let us find the reason:
Did you have the same problem with the previous (v.2.6.0) version of the plugin?
Do you have this unzip issue only with one specific plugin file or installing any plugin throws this error?
What happens when you download the .rbz file and manually install it at Preferences/Install Extension?- version 2.6.0 had the same problem
- this error when installing/updating any plug
- each file is installed successfully from Preferences/Install Extension
@unknownuser said:
AND... if you have the Ruby Console open, are there any messages ?
Also, if you download some RBZ files can you auto-install using SketchUcation / Install Archive... submenu item ?- Ruby console does not display any messages
- from SketchUcation / Install Archive... installed without problems

Collecting the good ideas for the next release. Log out feature is one of them.

@shake1: Thank you for the answers. We are looking for the possible cause. Will let you know if we have any other questions or if we have the fix for it.

Hi! Solved my problem - in the name of the computer was Cyrillic. Renamed to letters and began working plugin. Thank you guys, I'm happy again!
-
Maybe we need to look at encoding/decoding the user's computer-name to avoid this [it's needed for the 'Bundles' feature]...
