          One mesh?

          No groups?

          Normals ok?

          No back faces textures?

Any materials assigned to groups and not mesh?

No Groups, just 1 componant, no backface textures and normals are πŸ‘

What i must of done was changed the scale via the green pin when texturing 7 surfaces, this wasn't intentional but i have no idea which surfaces these textures are assigned to, is there a way to find out? maybe a plugin that shades unique textures as different colours, maybe πŸ˜•

This should select all faces that SketchUp would export as unique textures:

SketchUp's exporter doesn't support texture distortion with all four pins changed (ie. that the pins don't form a parallelogram). You would have to reset the distortion on these faces.

Oh, and if a texture pin is only by a very little amount off (unintentional), maybe this code snippet could do an automatic fix: http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=45539&p=407003 [on your own risk, requires triangulated geometry, paste in Ruby Console, select surface and start it with realign_uvs]
