E-on-Lumenrt render for Sketchup

Just a quick heads up that LumenRT version 1.3 update is now available (download it from your e-on Software account page). Key new features:

Support for "face-me" components - they will now all face the camera in LumenRT just like in Sketchup

You can add a custom company logo to show on the splash screen of the LumenRT Live Cubes.
We are still working to correct a few issues with LumenRT on Mac OSX Lion. Also, a demo version of LumenRT will be available shortly.

Such a bad luck, I bought this software couple weeks ago, and I still couldn't use it due to license error which is strange for me, why the developer took so long to resolve this. oh and one more thing, this program won't run at all on my machine. and I am still awaiting an update from them.

Hope you guys can resolve the problem very soon -
RFOX...Personnaly I always find it suspicious about a soft when there's no démo version.
To say the truth, and without presuming qualities of the soft, many users invested in a soft we are claiming a demo version for so many weeks.
Dont take it to hard e-on team but how can it be? IMO it demonstrates a strange lack of reactivity! -
I agree with Archigrafix,
also expires in a few days to promote the acquisition and will change from $ 195 to $ 295! -
i also have a question.. we 3 frds bought lumenrt ( students, and will work only in my pc). my question is why the hell lumenrt crashes. when ever i render a project it crases on 82 some time on 1 precents.. i hav only exported 2 o my projects and its making me sick.. we are student.. and it costs like a month expenses for the whole averae family here in our country
.my pc specs are
intel core i7 860 @2.80ghz
4 gb of ram
nvidia 220 graphic card....i know my graphic card is poor one but i have tried lumion free on it and its working very smoothly.. besides i still didn't try superior quality just tired the thee review and draft quality . i am gona cry seriously that was ours pocket money that we spent on lumenrt and now :XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Try the Eon forums for a response. They might be able to find the cause of the crash.
