if you're asking what i think you're asking then in the menu bar go Window->Style..

you'll see a dialog like this (this is on a mac but i assume windows is similar):

      styles.jpg

first click on the edit button then the middle box... from there, you'll be able to set up your ground, background and sky..

You need to insert an infinate plane (last icon on the vray toolbar) or add a ground plane in SU.

                  finally the mystery solved 😄

and to add a sky, set the camera to PHYSICAL (at camera tab)...

then go into ENVIRONMENT TAB and click the M on the side of GI. Set it to SKY on the dropdown list. Now click the M on the side of Background. On the dropdown list select BITMAP. Set it to ENVIROMENT (in UVW), click the M below to select a bitmap and at the side of UVW choose the type of sky that matches the bitmap you selected (if its a cross, select cubic, if its a panoramic, choose spherical)

                      hey aceshigh

sorry, but the enviromental, background, bitmap pointed doesn´t work for me (i only get a blak sky)

could you show a example? or perhaps you have another version?

Turn up the multipler. Depending on what version of V-Ray you have and if you use an HDRI the values might range from 20 - 20000.

do what ThomThom said... i really forgot to tell it. The physical camera is much less sensitive to light than the "normal" camera... thus, you need to turn up the multiplier inside the M tab for the sky image to show up.

                            you guys are right!http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/posting.php?mode=reply&f=80&t=18000#
20000 was needed for the multiplier and it works!
now i get beatiful skies inside VR

                            thanks again!

Then it sounds like you have the original V-Ray for Sketchup. There's an update available over at ASGVis for download.
