As mentioned in other posts we can't control payment provider restrictions. Making our own payment processor would not only be extremely hard but highly likely to create more issues.
I don't know why PayPal chose to leave Turkey. Nor why Turkey forbids it from operating. There's no winners in such senseless decisions.

hello again - any idea oh how to get the licenses to work ? please and thanks

You are right but I cant use extensions and cant buy right now. This should be seen as unfair. You should also use other payment alternatives as follows.
[]Wise
[]Stripe
[]Neteller
[]ePay
[]Popmoney
[]Payoneer
[]Webmoney
[]Paymentwall
[]Ecopayz
[]Payeer
[]Moneygram
[]Skrill -
Hello, I have purchased Curviloft, installed Fredo Lib and Sketchup Extension but I can't activate my license for some reason. Here is the error message when I try to activate it:
"Sorry - An error has occurred in communication with Sketchudaction"
(SKP 2021 MAC OS 12.0)

(SKP 2021 MAC OS 12.0)I would guess your Firewall is preventing access. Can you whitelist sketchucation.com so your extension can get validated?
-
Have you installed the latest versions of Lib Fredo and the SketchUcation toolset ?
Have you restarted SketchUp afterwards ?
This is needed to properly sync the set up...As Rich says, also check that your firewall set up 'whitelists' SketchUcation.com etc...

I'm curious about something. Your profile indicates you have a paid membership to Sketchucation. What method did you use to make that payment? Did the PayPal/Turkey thing only start recently?

You can subscribe with Stripe and PayPal. But the shop currently only supports PayPal.
Stripe support is coming once we wrestle the new site into submission...
So our friends in Turkey will be able to make purchases. We just need some more time to get it ready.

Thanks for that clarification Rich.

Hello,
Due to the legal issues in Turkey we are not allowed to use paypal anymore. Is there any other option to buy the plugin bundle ?
ps. just saw the posts above and got my answer. But we need to use at least joint push pull maybe can you extend our trial untill the issue fixed ?

The issue is your country's financial boffins made some rules that doesn't support global payment providers. PayPal chose to not meet Turkish demands and pulled out.
We can't fix it on our side.
The bigger problem you face right now is that other payments providers accepted in Turkey have higher fees per transaction so you will end up paying more than the rest of the world.
If you have family or friends that reside outside Turkey to make purchases on your behalf then that would be the best and fastest resolution for you.
