Thank you all for comments and support! I greatly appreciate it. More tutorials are to come soon.

I was wondering will v2 comes with something like force modifier in Blender, for pillows and similar?
Version 2 will include these. But in between, the plan is to:
- Improve cloth collision algorithm, so that cloth doesn't overlap itself.
- Add multithreading - we must use most of the processors resources.
That's great news and the plugin is looking awesome as-is!
For pillows I was thinking of a workaround technique using a similar approach to the clothing example that was shared a while back. Is there a clothing tutorial in the pipeline?

Bought it. Now off to try it out....
Edit: Wohooo! It's soo fun.
How will I ever get any work done anymore. -

Hi, Anton. Impressive result. The dream would be to have such flexible surfaces also in MSPhysics...
My thoughts exactly, I look forward to the day when I can drop my balls into soft leather.
Here's a quick example of combining MSPhysics with Clothworks and a bit of SUbD hiding underneath.

Let me know Rich if you need me to scribble a valentines or anniversary card for you.

Possible BUG: In the Time step drop down there are two 1/840.

I'm trying to do some curtains and am not seeing the grab handles to converge the pins.
Is that a licensed option?

Read the instructions PDF. You'll see what is not enabled if you haven't licensed it yet.
Pins require a license.

Ok. Thanks.

Wow. Impressive. Big thanks.

Incredible plugin!!
I'll test it on Mac, if it works, I'll never come back to Blender to make clothes simulation. -

Thanks for the info Rich.

OMG it is so embarrassing for me to post this question in the forum - I can not understand how an activation or a license purchase work, more precisely neither how nor where. My lack of English does not allow me to understand what is explained in the manual PDFSince this tool is again such a milestone obviously I also want to try and use it and can hardly wait - please help me (btw - the plugin installation worked perfectly)
-
Use Extensions > ClothWorks > License...
Click Obtain License...
Sign in to your SketchUcation account and purchase with PayPal.
License unlocks all the features mentioned in the manual.

You can test the license workflow with my Plugin Souvenir, which uses the same SCF License, but is completely FREE. So you can try as many times as you wish.

I played a bit with ClothWorks and I can say it blew my panties off
Anyway, I would have some suggestions:
-
quick reset button for sliders (for example, to quickly reset gravity to default, or wind to zero, etc). This is because while simulation is running, sliders may be have a lag in response time, but one click button would be much faster.
-
some sliders (drag, viscosity, etc) could use a non-linear variation, because as they are now, the slightest move of the cursor can jump the value a lot. Probably at the left end of the slider, the increase should be slower and increase the value following a exponential curve (or other function, should be tested)
-
like Fredo's Animator, this plugin could make use of automatic video exporting, using FFMPEG, for example.
Thanks for a wonderful plugin!
the clip speed had to be increased 5x, because the animation was incredibly slow in SketchUp

An amazing tool!!
Is it possible to adapt it to drape a flag vertically at rest on a pole? For example, a flag standing on pole inside a room. -
Yep
