Kerkythea is a good package, with an excellent bunch of experts who are very helpful on the forum. For those who know how to use it will provide superb results & decent output for the rest of us!
If you want pay a little money, Twilight Render provides an easier front end to the Kerkythea engine, with a template based workflow...Indeed Kerky is a great application and with Twilight, it is a great combo for even the rendering illiterates like myself.

You can also try the new free Autodesk 123D

Kris, your list has Maxwell at $775. That is for the full suite. The standalone engine\plugin for SU is $99. Might want to list them both.
