Hey Tig, sorry for not including any errors. I am newbie in SketchUp and I did not see any error messages. The tool just does nothing Is there a way to generate a log of errors? I will be more than happy to help get this working for 2014 version!
EDIT: Nothing shows up in ruby console. No errors there. Not sure where else to look

EDIT: Looks like I can't open model built in SketchUp 2014 in 2013 version
You can save as back to earlier versions.
Open the file in 2014, go save as and select the earlier version in the drop down. -
Thanks Box, this worked like a charm!

A quick video just to confirm that it isn't working correctly in 2014, what it does and that it's not throwing errors.

I got in touch with Oscar last December to warn him that this tool would be incompatible with a future version of SketchUp - his encrypted RBS is based on an ANSI encoded file rather than a UTF8-without-BOM one - there might also be some other masked syntax issues !
But he knows how to fix it, although he replied and said that he wouldn't do it until the new version of SketchUp [v2014] appeared this spring - as he was busy with other things...
Why not PM him - he needs a nudge...
I don't think it'd be that hard to make cross-version compatible - mainly changing the encoding of his RB version and re-encrypting it for the RBS -
I sent him a PM yesterday politely asking if he would be able to update his plugin to work with SketchUp 2014.
-
I'm also using 2014 and would love this tool to work with it.
kmlkrk - Have you heard any reply from him yet? -
very good plugin but it's not compatible with sketchy physic.
-
Hey Oscar, we all love your plugin but are dying to get an update to the new 2014 sketchup. Thanks again for a wonderful plugin

I just stumbled over this great plugin. A version for SketchUp 2014 would be very handy.
Thanks in advance! -
Hi, been enjoying this great plug quiet a while, worked perfectly till lately is being interrupted by the error massage: "error of the intersect with..No.1, 2, 54 etc." - and no Boolean is functioning... what am i doing wrong ??...

I installed this on Sketchup 2014 but it does not seem to work. Has anyone got it to work with SKP 2014?

It has been well known for many months that is is not yet compatible with v2014 - please read a post in the thread immediately above yours - the author confirms he WILL fix it...
BUT it's not yet suitable... -
I use BooTools on SU2014 and it works very well. I think it is still available from SMustard and worth the 10 bucks until this program is updated.

This plugin looks great from the videos but after I have installed it. I can't find the tools anywhere to use it. What am I missing?

You haven't completed your SCF user-profile... but I guess you are a v2014 user ? If so just a few posts back the incompatibility of it with v2014 was reiterated... It needs updating !
If you have an older version of SketchUp then it should install and load OK - there's a toolbar you might need to activate etc...
Does its entry appear in the SCF Manager dialogs ? -
Thanks Oscar!

Hey Oscar,
I saw your tool at work and it looks fantastic. Unfortunately I'm running Sketchup 2014 (free).I tried installing this plugin every different way I could for an hour and I continue to get error messages Any chance we'll being seeing an update to make it compatible with 2014 in the near future?
Cheers

Is there any news on the update front for this plugin? It looks awesome, but I'm using 2014, and thus cannot use it. I got comfy using the built-in boolean tools, unaware that they were pro-only, as I hadn't closed SketchUp or rebooted my computer since I installed it. As a result, when I rebooted today I discovered to my horror that the boolean tool upon which I rely pretty heavily for reconstructing objects from profiles was no longer usable. It seems to me OSCoolean is the only free alternative. I'm unwilling to pay for a hobby tool (I model entirely for fun) which I may only use for a short while and leave to rust in the aether after I'm done with this project and abandon SU for months or years...so I guess I'll just have to hope you've had time to work on this plugin.
